The CHP is investigating the discovery of a submerged body and motorcycle alongside Highway 37 at the northern end of San Pablo Bay. The road crew found the body of 51-year-old Dailey Sparks and his motorcycle at around 12:30 Monday afternoon. The CHP says the crash was never reported and they don’t know when it occurred, and the investigation remains ongoing.
