Gas prices are falling in a lot of places around the U.S., but the Bay Area isn’t one of them.  San Francisco has the highest prices in the Bay Area.  Regular averages three dollars and 23 cents a gallon in the City.  It’s three-13 a gallon in Oakland and three-03 a gallon in San Rafael.  San Mateo is the least expensive place to fill up, with an average of two-84 a gallon. As for Sonoma County, costco’s has the cheapest here at 2.77 a gallon but require a membership.
