The son of a 66-year-old woman who died in a fire at her Santa Rosa mobile home is under arrest on suspicion of arson and homicide.  Sheriff’s officials said yesterday Ian Stamp may not have intended to kill his mother, Elizabeth Stamp, but evidence indicates he started the Sunday blaze at the Santa Rosa Mobile Estates on Brooks Avenue off East Robles Avenue.  Stamp and his father escaped the fire, and firefighters found his mother’s body in the back of the residence.
