A March bomb threat at Rancho Cotate High School is being linked to a bomb threat-for-hire service on the dark web. Rohnert Park public safety officials said unsealed federal court documents reveal a 19-year-old man with dual U.S. and Israeli citizenship was hired to send the emailed March 8th threat for as little as 30 dollars. Rohnert Park Public Safety Commander Aaron Johnson says the ongoing investigation is being handled by the FBI.
