Santa Rosa Woman Faces Fifteen Years in Prison for DUI

A Santa Rosa woman is facing 15 years in prison after being sentenced for a deadly wrong-way DUI crash in Marin County. Kristine Collier yesterday was sentenced for hitting and killing 63-year-old Santa Rosa nursery owner Sachiko Umehara on August 19th, 2016 on Highway 101 near San Antonio Road. Collier was already on probation for driving under the influence at the time of the crash, and had two prior drunken-driving arrests.
