You’re going to have more company on the streets in the JC area today: a lot more…. Classes begin at SRJC, as many of the 28-thousand students will be making their way to the campus. They’ll also be trying to find parking in and around Mendocino Avenue. Students can once again take local busses for free, and the college is offering a free shuttle from the downtown parking garage on 7th street in Santa Rosa.
