Neighbors of one Santa Rosa family are sending a strong message that hate will not be tolerated in their community. Yesterday afternoon a clean-up crew of over 50 people showed up to wipe away racist graffiti scrawled on the garage door of Fijian immigrants Di and Bentley Chong Wan’s home near Coffey Park. The Wans found out who was responsible for last week’s incident, invited the man to speak with them at their home, and he wound up apologizing. Santa Rosa police said it will be up to the Wans to press charges.
