A Santa Rosa woman is under arrest on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon at a downtown Petaluma pub. Carranza Montanez was taken into custody over the weekend for allegedly assaulting someone with a beer bottle at Maguire’s Pub on Kentucky Street near Washington Street. The attack appeared to be unprovoked and the two people involved didn’t know each other. Montanez was booked at the Sonoma County Main Adult Detention Facility on 30-thousand dollars bail.
