New home under construction with wood, trusses and supplies against blue sky

There’s a waiting list for a new housing community in Roseland: no surprise, when you consider the asking price will be under 400-thousand dollars. The homes are partially built elsewhere, and will be going up at the Paseo Vista subdivision on dutton Avenue later this year. P.D. reports the project has been in development since 2000, when developers bought the site that housed an auto junkyard. Over 160 units will be built, over 30 of them for low-income housing. New homeowners should be able to move in after the first of the year.
