North Korea is conducting another missile test. The latest test was fired from near the North Korean capital and the missile reportedly flew over Japan. A similar missile launch last month passed over Japan’s northern island. This latest missile launch comes just days after the United Nations Security Council hit the North with new sanctions to punish it for a recent hydrogen bomb test.
