A Petaluma man is under arrest on suspicion of breaking into a truck at a park-and-ride off Lakeville Highway and threatening the owner. At around three o’clock yesterday morning Petaluma police detained Casey Brown at Garfield Drive and Caulfield Lane and found him in possession of stolen property and a gearshift handle made to look like a pistol grip. Brown has an extensive criminal record and was booked into Sonoma County Jail on multiple charges.
