Levi GranFondo Schedule

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 30th

TRAFFIC CONTROL WILL BE IN PLACE FOR THE FOLLOWING HOURS:

1:00 am-7:00 am

Northbound Stony Point Rd. between W. 9th St. and W. College Ave. will be closed.

7:00 am-7:45 am

Northbound and southbound Stony Point Rd. between W. 9th St. and W. College Ave. will be closed.

7:45 am-9:00 am

Full closures of the following road segments will be in effect:
  • Stony Point Rd. between Glenbrook and W. College Ave.
  • W. College Ave. between Stony Point Rd. and Cassasa Way
  • Hall Rd.
  • W. 9th St. at Stony Point Rd. (access to the shopping center will remain open)
Some roads will have partial closures with one-way traffic on one or both sides of the street.
Partial closures of the following road segments will be in effect:
  • Stony Point Rd. between Glenbrook and W. Third St.
  • W. College Ave. between Cassasa Way and Fulton Rd.
  • Fulton Rd. between Guerneville Rd. and W. College Ave.
  • Fulton Rd. between W. College Ave. and W. Third St.

9:00 am-7:00 pm

Stony Point Rd. will have 2-way traffic on the southbound side. West 9th will not be accessible from Stony Point Rd.; access will be from Dutton Ave. Access to shopping center at Stony Point Rd. and West 9th St. will remain open.

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURES WILL BE IN EFFECT FOR THE FOLLOWING ROUTES DURING THE FOLLOWING TIMES:

7:50AM–8:30AM West College Ave from Stony Point to Fulton

8:00AM–8:40AM Fulton from West College to Hall Rd

8:00AM–8:50AM Hall Rd From Fulton Rd to Sanford Rd

8:05AM–8:50AM Sanford Rd from Hall Rd to Occidental Rd

8:05AM–9:00AM Occidental Rd from Sanford Rd to Mill Station Rd

8:10AM–9:15AM Mill Station Rd from Occidental Rd to Sullivan Rd

8:10AM–9:30AM Sullivan Rd from Mill Station Rd to Graton Rd

8:15AM–10:00AM Graton Rd from Sullivan Rd to Bohemian Hwy

8:30AM–10:00AM Bohemian Hwy from Graton Rd to River Rd

IMPACTED AREAS WILL INCLUDE:

Graton, Occidental, Monte Rio, Duncans Mills, Cazadero to King Ridge Road, Tin Barn Road, Stewarts Point Road, Kruse Ranch Road, Hauser Bridge Road, Seaview Road, Meyers Grade, Hwy 1, Willow Creek Road, Coleman Valley Road, Joy Road, and Bittner Road. This recreational ride will begin at the Finley Community Park in Santa Rosa at 8:00AM and return between 11:00AM and 6:00PM.

River Road at Monte Rio and Highway 116:

The riders leave Santa Rosa at 8:00 a.m. The fastest ones will likely be on River Road by about 8:40 a.m. The bulk of riders will go through between 9:00 – 10:30 a.m.

116 between Monte Rio and Cazadero Highway will be open. River Road will also be open. It will be easier going east towards Santa Rosa. We expect the most congestion on River Road near Monte Rio between 8:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

IMPORTANT POINTS FOR LOCAL BUSINESSES AND RESIDENTS:
  • The ride will be supported by CHP, support vehicles, and course marshals.
  • Route markings and signage will remind the riders to obey the traffic laws.
  • Local fire and County sheriff’s departments are assisting with the ride.
  • Oncoming traffic at intersections may be stopped periodically for large packs of riders.
  • Traffic will be allowed to cross the course until the riders are approaching.
  • Emergency vehicles and access will NOT be affected by road closures.

We ask that residents exercise patience and foresight when driving in the area of this event. Cautious driving and reduced speeds are very much appreciated.
