- Declared a local health emergency
- Asked for state assistance to remove debris and will allow crews to get in and remove burned debris and vegetation from public right-of-ways.
Clean-up: Federal environmental protection agency will be involved in the initial clean-up. Batteries, paint, flammable liquids, electronic waste and asbestos. Cal Recycle for phase 2: non-toxic, ash, concrete, metal and contaminated soil: after that, your property can be certified and you can get building permits: NO COST TO HOMEOWNERS.
