The Tubbs, Nuns and Pocket fires in Sonoma and Napa counties are declared fully contained and officially no longer a threat to property. The containment designation from Cal Fire yesterday came 23 days after the deadly blazes began their paths of destruction, which together included burning more than 110-thousand acres. In addition, insurance officials say combined the North Coast fires are the costliest in U.S. history in terms of insured loss, totaling more than three-billion dollars to date.
