More retailers across California are looking for workers who are willing to work from home this holiday season. According to Andrew Challenger with the executive coaching firm Challenger, Gray and Christmas: Amazon, JCPenney and Williams-Sonoma are among the retailers offering work-from-home seasonal jobs, with more expected to follow suit. In-store sales fell more than seven-percent last December while catalog and online sales gained more than ten-percent. With the increase of sales in non-store retailers, jobs in those areas are on the rise. Since September 2016, employment has increased nearly four-percent.
