The 11th annual Sonoma Bar Battle is set for tomorrow evening at the Sonoma Veterans Building. Mixologists from all over Sonoma will compete in the “Iron Chef”-style contest for the title of “Sonoma’s Best Bartender.” Each contestant will have ten minutes to create a cocktail using a secret ingredient that won’t be revealed to them until the competition begins. Proceeds from the event will go to benefit community fire recovery efforts.
