A special meeting for the Santa Rosa City Council tomorrow will include a discussion on what to do about the burned-out parcels in the city that did NOT take part in the government cleanup and did NOT provide a private cleanup application. There are 85 such properties, and the council will have to decide whether those properties are a public nuisance and designate another plan to get them cleaned up. The meeting takes place at the Utilities Field Operations Building on Stony Point Road tomorrow at 3pm. Cleanup will be on the docket at 5pm.
