The men charged in the deadly Ghost Ship warehouse fire head to court tomorrow.  A preliminary hearing for Derick Almena and Max Harris will take place.  Yesterday, prosecutors outlined their case against the two men who have been charged with three dozen counts of involuntary manslaughter for the deadly 2016 fire.  Prosecutors say Almena held the lease on the Ghost Ship and broke the rules by allowing people to live on the premises.  He’s also said to have increased the risk of fire by storing large amounts of flammable material on the first floor.  Harris moved into the warehouse in 2014 and prosecutors say he and Almena made changes to the interior of the building that made it more difficult to escape when the flames started.
