Authorities Look into Death of Firefighter

 Authorities are investigating the death of a firefighter who was battling the huge wildfire northwest of Los Angeles.  CalFire Chief Ken Pimlott says 32-year-old Cory Iverson lost his life on the eastern flank of the blaze near Fillmore, California.  Pimlott said an investigation into Iverson’s death is underway and there’s nothing more he can share until it’s complete. Pimlott thanked the community for their support. Iverson leaves behind his wife and a young daughter, with another child on the way.
