A driver is under arrest in connection with a deadly hit-and-run crash in Santa Rosa. Officers yesterday booked Brett Saint John of Sebastopol into the Sonoma County Jail on 100-thousand dollars bail on suspicion of felony hit-and-run and misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter. He is suspected of speeding when he hit and killed 56-year-old Barbara Jones on South Wright Road last Wednesday evening. Saint John waited about 20 minutes to call police and return to the crash site, where he initially told officers he hadn’t seen Jones.
