Vice Mayor of Santa Rosa Chris Rogers says the city’s digital town hall is important to residents who want a say in what they want their districts to look like:
The online form is on Reddit to ask questions or make comments. The public hearing will take place during the City Council meeting tonight. Final adoption of new mapping for the districts is set to be unveiled April 10th. Santa Rosa needs to change to district elections to avoid running afoul of the Voting Rights Act.
