A Florida man is under arrest for the home invasion robbery in Santa Rosa Wednesday. The Sonoma County Sheriff’s department says it arrested 33-year old Ruben Hernandez in Oakland Wednesday afternoon, as he was getting out of the van spotted at the crime. No marijuana or guns were found in the vehicle. Hernandez was booked and released on bond. He’s due in court May 14th to face charges of robbery, kidnapping and conspiracy.
