Latest on Carr Fire near Redding

At least seven people are still missing around Redding, California as the massive Carr Fire continues to burn. Six people have been confirmed dead, including two firefighters. Police in the Northern California city say that the fire is creating a lot of communication issues that are making locating residents difficult. The fire had grown to more than 98,000 acres as of Sunday night and is only 20 percent contained as firefighters deal with dry conditions and high winds. Around 100 structures have been destroyed including 723 residences. 2 people are in jail suspected of looting homes in the evacuated areas.
