The Redding and Lakeport Police Departments have arrested a number of looting suspects, as Carr Fire evacuees are becoming victims of theft.
Lakeport acting Mayor Mireya Turner issued a stern warning on Facebook to looters that increased patrols and a zero tolerance policy are in effect as fires continue to burn across Mendocino, Lake and Shasta County.
