Twin teenage girls and their mother are dead following a house fire early Sunday that officials say is suspicious. Authorities responded to the Georgia Street home just before 3 a.m. where they found an injured 11-year-old girl who told them three people were trapped inside the home. The home was completely engulfed when firefighters arrived, which prevented them from immediately getting inside. One of the 14-year-old twins was pronounced dead at the scene, the other died at the hospital, and their mother succumbed to her injuries at a local burn center. The 11-year-old girl is expected to fully recover. Investigators have deemed the fire suspicious, but are not elaborating as to why.
