Four men are in custody on suspicion of being involved in an operation to transport and distribute heroin in Santa Rosa. Two suspects from Santa Rosa and two from Vallejo were arrested Wednesday by members of the Santa Rosa police narcotics unit, following an investigation that began in April. Officers seized significant quantities of heroin, cocaine and methamphetamine, plus 40-thousand dollars in cash and guns from homes in Santa Rosa and Vallejo. All four were booked into Sonoma County Jail on multiple charges.
