A red flag warning is in effect for the North Bay Hills through tomorrow afternoon. The National Weather Service says dry conditions and offshore winds are expected today and tomorrow, heightening the danger of wildfire. The affected area includes all locations above one-thousand feet in Sonoma, Napa and Marin Counties. The warning will remain in effect until 5 p.m. Tuesday.
