The National Weather Service is issuing a wind advisory for regional hills and mountains above 800 feet in elevation. The advisory issued yesterday warns gusts of up to 40 miles-per-hour through tomorrow morning in the North Bay, East Bay, San Francisco Peninsula and Santa Cruz. The strongest gusts are expected across Napa County and the Santa Cruz mountains. Lower relative humidity is expected tomorrow and Wednesday, but the winds are expected to fall to ten to 20 miles-per-hour with gusts to 30.
