Two of California’s NFL teams are teaming up to help the military.  Alumni from both the 49ers and Raiders put together care packages at Levi’s Stadium for active duty military members yesterday as part of Operation: Care and Comfort.

Each package includes movies, snacks, a thank you card, and more.

Julie DeMaria with Operation: Care and Comfort says it was impressive to see the alumni come together for the greater good.  The packages will go to deployed military members in Somalia, Afghanistan, and Kuwait. “Operation Care and Comfort” has been serving troops since 2003.
