The National Weather Service is issuing a flash flood watch in the Butte County mountainsides charred by the Camp Fire. The watch is in effect from tomorrow through Friday when the first rain and snowstorm of the season is expected to hit Northern California. The watch includes areas burned this summer and fall by the Camp Fire, Carr Fire, the Delta and Hirz fires and the Mendocino Complex Fire. Residents of fire areas are urged to stay tuned to weather reports and be prepared to evacuate their homes.
