Incoming rain is expected to temporarily end Sonoma County’s recent run of unhealthy air quality. One to two inches of rain is forecast in Santa Rosa through Friday, and southerly winds are expected to push smoke from the Camp Fire out of the region. “Moderate” air quality is expected starting tomorrow through Friday, after several days of “unhealthy” or “very unhealthy” air. The Bay Area Air Quality Management District says the 13 straight days of Spare The Air alerts since the Camp Fire started November 8th is a record for the district.
