Sonoma County is set to get up to three more inches of rain this week. The first of two back-to-back storms is expected to begin around noon today, accompanied by winds of up to 30 miles per hour. Both the rain and winds are forecast to continue through Thursday. Meanwhile, strong winds along the coast are expected to bring swells of as much as 17 feet through Friday.
