Police are blaming texting while driving for causing a four-vehicle crash in Santa Rosa. Anna Bostrom admitted to being on her cellphone just before Monday afternoon’s crash on Stony Point Road near Hearn Avenue. Four people suffered minor injuries, including a broken arm, and Bostrom was uninjured. The accident remains under investigation.
