a 21-year old Healdsburg man is under arrest after a domestic violence call in Santa Rosa turned into a resisting arrest situation for police. Jason Reugeau apparently locked himself in a car as police tried to talk to him about the incident. He eventually got out of the car and became violent. A K-9 officer was deployed and an angry crowd at the 2700 block of 4th street started screaming at police. One officer sustained a minor injury to his face. The suspect was finally cuffed: he suffered a minor injury to his wrist.
