Santa Rosa is looking to form a citizens committee to help create its downtown development plan. The 25-member advisory board will offer feedback on ideas to revamp a half-mile area near the Railroad Square train station. The Community Advisory Committee will hold four meetings, and members also will need to attend some community events.
