A Santa Rosa cannabis business is raising millions of dollars to increase production and expand operations. NorCal Cannabis Company said yesterday it has raised nearly 27-and-a-half-million dollars in private equity funding. The company with cultivation, manufacturing and retail delivery operations plans to build a manufacturing facility on its southwest Santa Rosa campus. The company also plans to expand its delivery service and open ten retail dispensary stores statewide, including one in Santa Rosa.
