A substitute teacher at Jack London Elementary School is in custody on suspicion of inappropriately touching girls. Thomas Weber was arrested yesterday after students told staff he allegedly touched at least two girls over their clothing last week. Weber was taken into custody on suspicion of two counts of lewd acts and booked into Sonoma County Jail. The incidents remain under investigation, and anyone with information is asked to contact the Santa Rosa Police Department.
