A health program for homeless people in Sonoma County is under scrutiny for not having enough people enrolled. As part of the Whole Person Care program, the county was awarded 16-million dollars over five years to help a portion of their roughly three-thousand homeless individuals. In October, the county was told not enough people were enrolled in the program and that it could lose funding if they don’t meet their goal by June. Only about 231 people had been served by the program after almost a year.
