The Barlow Back After Floods

The Barlow is coming back to life five weeks after the floods. Pax Wine Cellars reopened last Friday and the complex’s anchor store, the popular Community Market, made its comeback yesterday morning. The 220-thousand-square-foot Barlow was swamped by more than five-feet of water during the worst flooding in more than 20-years in late February. Many of the more than two-dozen shops and restaurants are still cleaning up and refurbishing, but The Barlow’s owner thinks all of them will be back in business by the end of the month.
