More Issues on Richmond-San Rafael Bridge

More trouble at the Richmond-San Rafael bridge Friday night but it wasn’t falling concrete as originally thought.

Caltrans is telling ABC 7 news that it was in fact debris from a pothole kicked up and hit a windshield of a car driving eastbound on the bridge. Nobody was hurt. This was the third incident this year on the bridge involving loose concrete with the first notably being concrete chunks falling from the upper deck to the lower deck damaging a passing car back in February.
