After an investigation started by the Santa Rosa Police Department’s Narcotic Team in February of 2019, Gersain Martinez-Chavez was arrested outside of his residence on Acacia Lane on Wednesday where he was found in possession of 2 pounds of heroin and a quarter pound of methamphetamine. Upon searching his residence, approximately 3 pounds of methamphetamine and additional heroin were located along with about $8,500 in cash, two digital scales, and numerous pieces of packaging material.
