Cleanup is underway after a large festival celebrating Mexican heritage in Santa Rosa. An estimated 10,000 people showed up to yesterday’s Cinco de Mayo celebration at the Roseland Village shopping center. People got a chance to watch several local musicians, taste Mexican food and partake in traditional Mexican activities. Could be a few changes in location next year: Sylvia Lemus is the co-director of the festival:
Next year’s event will be the Quinceanera celebrating 15-years of the Cinco de Mayo get-together.
