Downtown Bathroom Plans Put On Hold

Plans to build a 24-7 bathroom on or near downtown square in Santa Rosa are being stalled. A city council panel met yesterday and sought to get more information on the project instead of choosing a location. The city council decided last month, to spend $125,000 to get the permanent public restroom. Councilman John Sawyer:
