A man accused of riding around Santa Rosa in a stolen motorcycle is under arrest after crashing while fleeing police. Authorities say an officer tried pulling him over Saturday night for driving recklessly near Sebastopol Road and McMinn Avenue but he kept going. He crashed twice and was arrested after crashing the second time. He has a prior conviction for vehicle theft.
