The Democratic party meeting in San Francisco is over. KSRO’s Mike DeWald was there as presidential contender Julian Castro talked about housing, and how the federal government could play a bigger role in creating solutions:

The meetings were marked by protests by climate activists, who wanted the party to focus on the single topic of climate change. Democratic hopeful Andrew Yang said despite that, the party is on the right track:
