California is getting involved in the war on vaping. Governor Gavin Newsom announced multiple executive orders yesterday saying the state will spend $20 million on a campaign against vaping.
The campaign is set to begin next month. Newsom says warnings will have to be posted at vape stores and more enforcement of the nicotine tax on e-cigarettes. The governor wants the California Legislature to pass a bill banning flavored e-cigarettes. President Donald Trump announced the federal government could get involved in a flavored vape ban last week.
