CHP Investigating Freeway Shooting

The California Highway Patrol is investigating a freeway shooting in Vallejo Wednesday morning that was likely the result of road rage. Two men were in a car on westbound Highway 37 near the Wilson Avenue exit just before 6 a.m. when someone shot at them, missing them both. No bystanders were struck by stray bullets either, which the CHP says is extremely fortunate since the freeway is busy at that hour for the morning commute. Now, investigators are hoping other motorists who may have seen something will come forward to help the investigation.
