A mother and her two children are in critical condition after a scary crash on Highway 101 in San Rafael. Happening Wednesday morning around 8 AM, the white SUV carrying the three would hit the center divider then go across all the Northbound lanes hitting another car before going into a grassy ditch. Several vehicles pulled over after the incident to help with several good samaritans like Daniel Novak getting them out of the burning SUV.
Novak tells ABC 7 news that he managed to carry the boy to the side of the road where paramedics arrived soon after. The 3-year-old boy and his 6-year-old sister are in critical condition at Oakland Children’s hospital while the mother is in John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek.
