The California Supreme Court has refused to stop Governor Newsom’s plan to aid undocumented immigrants impacted by the health crisis. The court denied a bid to block Newsom’s $75 million plan to give money to about 150,000 unemployed adults who were left out of the stimulus package due to their immigration status. This is the second time in two days judges refused to block the plan.
