California To Receive $247 Million Refund From Chinese Company

California is expected to receive a multi-million-dollar refund for a delivery delay of protective masks. The state will get a $247 million refund after a Chinese company missed an April 30th deadline outlined in the contract for certification of the N95 masks by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health. The masks were set to start arriving this month.
